For those who haven’t already noticed: we’re changing the day that we release new Comics Corner podcasts. We used to have an irregular schedule, podcasting sometime between Sunday and Tuesday. But as those of us who buy weekly comics know, Wednesday is New Comics Day, which meant that in some cases, by the time you could download a fresh Comics Corner podcast, you’d already moved on from the weekly comics we were discussing. So now we’ll be regularly doing our podcast on Thursday evenings, so Thursday or Friday there will be a fresh Comics Corner waiting for you.
Comics Corner #16 is our first such Thursday podcast. It’s shorter (about half the length), because we did have one only two days before, but it’s hopefully pretty fun. The longer-term plan is to film video podcasts in our “comics corner” (yes, we actually have a corner with a bookcase filled with our comics, it’s not just a cliché), but we’re still working the kinks out of our process with that one.
So enjoy the podcasts, and hopefully the new schedule will work better for those of you who are interested!
