Privacy Policy

This may be the shortest and simplest privacy policy you’ve read, but here goes.

I like privacy. You like privacy. I don’t ask you for information. However, I do use Google Analytics to keep track of how many visitors I get. Google Analytics logs anonymized technical info (IP address, operating system, browser, etc) to generate aggregated visitor stats. But that’s all.

If you want to leave me a message, I use Google Forms for that. Google Forms does collect user data. The bottom of the Google Form includes a link to their Terms of Service. They also have a privacy policy you can review.

I have an email newsletter, Orren Merton’s Grimoire, where I share giveaways and news, and sometimes thoughts and techniques related to writing. For that purpose, you can choose to give me your email address, and then I’ll send you email. I will never share your email address with anyone. However, I do use MailerLite to maintain my email list, so your email address does live on their servers. Don’t worry, they have a privacy policy too.

That’s it. If you have any questions, just drop me a line.
